Today, Lulo Spice & Bar marks a new chapter — a modern fusion restaurant and cocktail bar inspired by the soul of South American cuisine and the bold, aromatic spices of Indian street food. Our menu features thoughtfully crafted dishes alongside flavour-driven mains, complemented by signature cocktails, sangrias, and a curated selection of South American and Australian wines.

Our Story

Our Story Born from love, courage, and a shared dream, Lulo Spice & Bar was created by Ganeev Babra, from India, and Lorena Gómez, from Colombia — a husband and wife who turned their two worlds into one unforgettable experience.

From the first spark of an idea to the last brush of spice on a plate, they set out to create more than a restaurant a sacred space where food, culture, and connection come together. Drawing from their roots — India’s soulful warmth and South America’s spirited vibrance. Lulo was born as a celebration of contrast and harmony.

Every dish tells a story of heritage and curiosity; every cocktail is a tribute to rhythm and spice; every bottle of wine is chosen to complement the dance between flavour and feeling. What began as their dream is now a place for everyone — where the joy of two cultures is shared with the world, one plate and one glass at a time.

Inspired by the rich and diverse food cultures of India and South American Latin, we have transformed Lulo into Lulo Spice & Bar, a fusion tapas and cocktail bar that blends the bold spices of Indian street food with the soul of Latin flavours. This evolution brings a more dynamic, adventurous, and contemporary dining experience, offering a curated menu of tapas-style canapés like empanadas, samosas, momos, and pani puri, alongside signature cocktails, sangrias, and a refined selection of South American and Australian wines.
